Kylie Jenner Reveals Her Exact Boob Job Order in Response to Fan’s TikTok Plea: ‘Hope This Helps’

Kylie Jenner is sharing her secret to the perfect cleavage.

The 27-year-old Kylie Cosmetics founder revealed her exact order to her cosmetic surgeon to achieve the look she wanted for her breasts, after a fan asked her on TikTok what she requested when she had her “boobs done.”

The fan, Rachel Leary, addressed Jenner in her TikTok video, “You have got what I am looking for to have done, in terms of like, a boob job.”

“It’s like the most perfect natural looking boob job ever,” she continued. “They’re still big, but whatever way you had the implants — if they are implants or if you had fat transfer — to me, it is perfection.”

“That is what I aspire mine to look like … I don’t expect you to share who did the work … but in terms of what you actually had done, I feel like you’ve been quite open about having your boobs done … ” Leary added.

In her caption, she wrote, “Help a girl out @Kylie Jenner 🥺 i just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully 🙏🏼😩 #fyp #foryou #kyliejenner #surgery.”

Jenner responded to Leary in the comments, writing, “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!!”

She even shared who her doctor was — Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Garth Fisher — and concluded her comment saying, “Hope this helps lol.”

The reality star has previously been quiet about the work she’s had done on her breasts, but she did reveal on an episode of The Kardashians in 2023 that she had gotten her “breasts done” prior to welcoming her daughter Stormi, 7, with ex Travis Scott. 

She said, per W Magazine, “I got my breasts done before Stormi, not thinking I would have a child when I was 20. Like, they were still healing.”

However, she also expressed regret at the time for going under the knife, saying, “I had beautiful breasts. Just gorgeous. Perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with.”

Jenner also shared that she wanted to be “the best mom and best example for” for Stormi: “I wish I could be her and do it all differently because I wouldn’t touch anything.”

Prior to this confession, Jenner denied fan speculation that she had a breast augmentation, having chalked up the appearance of her bigger bust due to her period or the Bombshell by Victoria’s Secret bra line.

Jenner has also been candid about changes to her face on The Kardashians, saying, per W Magazine, “One of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was this insecure child and I got so much surgery to change my whole face, which is false.”

“I’ve only gotten fillers. I don’t want that to be part of my story,” she added.
