This design has two bedrooms, which is perfect if you’ve always wanted a separate guest room for hosting friends (instead of an air mattress in your living room). Plus, the front porch gives you some outdoor space to enjoy watching the sun rise with a cup of coffee. 

What’s especially unique about this tiny house is its varied layout options. Everything from the square footage to the number of bedrooms can be changed. You can have up to four bedrooms, which is helpful for families or those who’ve always wanted an at-home gym and office. And to help cut down on utility costs, you can have solar panels shipped with the tiny house, so you can use solar energy rather than traditional electric power. A rainwater harvesting system is another sustainable addition that’ll capture rain for you to use rather than relying on city water, further cutting costs. All these customizations come at an added fee, but are still cheaper than investing in a traditional home.
