Eight Insiders on the Beauty Products That Get Them Through Fashion Week
From Hudson Williams' Stylist Anastasia Walker to fashion founder Alex Eagle, eight insiders on the products that get them through Fashion Week.

It’s that time again. As fashion people and creatives around the world descend into Fashion Month, WWD Weekend asked eight attendees to share their beauty must-haves that get them through the hubbub. Here, their responses.
1. Olympia of Greece
Fashion creative, Moda Operandi contributing editor (New York)

Shows: I’m excited that Conner Ives is showing here in New York; he’s one of my favorite people in the world, and I can’t wait to see what he’s created this season.
Must-have: I can’t live without Weleda Skin Food. I dab a little on my cheekbones and eyelids because it gives the nicest natural glow, and then I use Rhode Pocket Blush in Sleepy Girl on my cheeks, eyelids and lips. It does everything I need, and I’m good to go.

2. Alex Eagle
Creative director, Alex Eagle Studio (London)

Shows: Burberry, Conner Ives, Emilia Wickstead
Must-have: I absolutely love the Allies of Skin Peptides & Antioxidants Advanced Firming Daily Treatment to give my skin a boost and feel totally nourished. That and Manucurist’s Active Glow Blueberry for an undone mani in a beautiful sheer pink.

3. Louis Pisano
Substacker (Paris)

Shows: Paris Fashion Week, 080 Barcelona
Must-have: Topicals Faded Under Eye Masks. Some nights — most nights — I am out and about all hours of the night at a party or three, and just because I feel rough the next day doesn’t mean I want to look rough. I can just roll out of bed, pop those bad boys on and appear somewhat rested and a little less like death warmed over.

4. Yumi Shin
Executive vice president, global brand partnerships, Nordstrom (New York)

Shows: It’s pretty consistent every season for me — I always look forward to Prada, Celine, Chanel, The Row, Miu Miu, and I’m always excited to see the latest collections from all the emerging designers, and discovering new ones along the way.
Must-have: The Westman Atelier Lip Suede Matte Lipstick. Unlike many matte lipsticks that can feel dry or chalky, this formula is lightweight and hydrating with ingredients like vitamins C and E. It keeps my lips moisturized during those long days when I have a packed schedule running from show to show.

5. Cassandra Grey
Founder, Madame Grey and Violet Grey (New York)

Shows: Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren
Must-have: 4AM Skin Clean Sheets. They’re the only makeup remover wipes that double as skin care, leaving my skin feeling so fresh and so clean, but also hydrated and dewy — without any sticky or oily residue.

6. Tamu McPherson
Creative, public speaker, cultural observer (Milan)

Shows: Calvin Klein, Cos, Miu Miu, Prada
Must-have: After I visit my facialist, Crystal Greene, in New York to prep my skin, I stick to a combination of Vintner’s Daughter Active Botanical Serum; Josh Rosebrook Bioidentical Collagen Serum and Ultra Peptide Cream, and Equalogy’s Circle Neck Serum and Circle Eye&Lip Cream.

7. Alice Casely-Hayford
Editor and cohost, “An Excellent Fit” podcast (London)

Shows: I’m looking forward to Chopova Lowena, Simone Rocha, Christopher Kane’s Mulberry debut and Tolu Coker in London.
Must-have: I am hooked on Ranavat’s Brightening Saffron Serum. I ran out of it at the start of summer and was shocked by how quickly I saw the plumpness and glow disappear from my skin. When you’re running on empty, your skin is dehydrated and you’re drinking more coffee than water, this product always transforms my skin, making it look like I’ve had nine hours of sleep on the silkiest of pillows.

8. Anastasia Walker
Celebrity fashion stylist (Los Angeles)

Shows: Balenciaga, Campillo, Christian Cowan, Diotima, Luar, Thom Browne
Must-have: Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Lip Pencil in Conspiracy and Bbia Over Glaze Lip Gloss in Latte Syrup. There’s nothing like a fresh lip throughout the day — Conspiracy is the perfect neutral for me, while Bbia may be the best lip gloss I’ve ever used. Slightly minty in sensation and luscious in texture.
