Colic can last for a few weeks and sees infants have “long bouts of crying for no obvious reason,” according to Medical News Today.
Despite intense crying, irregular sleeping and the possibility of “interrupted” feeding, colic is “neither dangerous nor harmful,” per the outlet.
Blanchard — who was a victim of Munchausen by proxy — welcomed her first child with her boyfriend, Ken Urker, on Dec. 28, 2024.

The rare photo of Aurora that accompanied the revelation that the newborn has colic came after Blanchard shared side-by-side photos to highlight her weight loss transformation.
“My 25lbs weight loss 💗,” she captioned the post on April 13. In an older photo, Blanchard donned a black dress on a red carpet, while she appeared slimmer in a recent snap of herself wearing a white waistcoat-style top and jeans.
“I’ve seen a lot of comments of people asking how I lost the weight so my weight loss journey started once getting out of prison so when I started eating healthier instead of prison food, the weight began to fall off,” she wrote in a comment. “I started eating twice a day and smaller portions.”
