Heidi Klum and Son Henry, 19, Have Cute Date Night in Coordinating All-Black Looks at 2025 AMAs

Like mother, like son!

At the 2025 American Music Awards on Monday, May 26, Heidi Klum and her 19-year-old son Henry Samuel hit the red carpet in coordinating all-black looks.

The supermodel, 51, wowed in a black gown with a plunging neckline and structured, exaggerated shoulders. The look also featured dramatic cutouts on the sides as well as a slit in the front and a voluminous ruffled train.

She topped off the ensemble with knee-high leather boots. For her glam, Klum went with bouncy, center-parted waves and smoky eye makeup.

Samuel opted for a classic black suit with a black button-down shirt and black dress shoes.

The mother-son duo sweetly held hands as they posed for photographers on the red carpet.

At the awards show, Klum will take the stage alongside a star-studded roster of presenters, including Alix Earle, Cara Delevingne, Ciara, Dan + Shay, Dylan Efron, Jordan Chiles, Kai Cenat, Machine Gun Kelly, Megan Moroney, Nikki Glaser, Shaboozey, Tiffany Haddish and Wayne Brady.

Klum and her son had some laughs as they made their way to Las Vegas for the appearance. In an Instagram post the model shared earlier in the day, the duo danced to Drake’s “Fancy” while standing on an escalator in what appears to be an airport.

“Guess tonight’s category @amas,” Klum wrote in the caption.

In another video, Klum and Samuel are seen lip-syncing to Kendrick Lamar’s “i” while seated on an airplane. A third clip shows the pair dancing in what appears to be a hotel room.

In March, Klum told Access Hollywood that her son, who made his runway debut at Paris Fashion Week back in January, asked her for some advice when he told his mom he wanted to become a model.

“They ask me about it. Especially my son Henry,” Klum responded when asked if her kids ever get advice from her on modeling. “He was like, ‘Oh, what should I do?’”

“In any case, it’s funny that he asked me, you know? He was like, ‘You know, mom, I really want to get into modeling, what do you think about it?’ ” the Project Runway host recalled. “I’m like, ‘Wow! Who knew that you wanted to do this? I thought you were always more into music and different types of things,’ and all of a sudden he was like, ’Yeah, I want to give this a shot. Do you think I can do this?’”

“And I’m like, ‘You’re like, so handsome, of course you should do this.’ So he strutted around a little bit at home,” Klum shared.

The model shares her son with her ex-husband Seal, along with Leni, 20, Johan, 18, and Lou.

The American Music Awards, hosted by Jennifer Lopez, are airing live Monday, May 26, from Fontainebleau Las Vegas at 8 p.m. ET on CBS and Paramount+.
