Jennifer Garner Works Up a Sweat as She Shows Off Her Box Jump Skills in Impressive Workout Video

Jennifer Garner is working it out.

On Sunday, April 13, the actress, 52, displayed her fitness skills in an impressive video posted on her Instagram Stories.

In the clip, The Adam Project star could be seen doing a box jump workout in a home gym while wearing a white T-shirt and a pair of black leggings.

The mom of three did a sequence of jumps on the equipment, jumping from the smaller box onto the larger one before repeating the moves as Zedd‘s “Clarity” played in the background.

Garner tagged fitness class The Limit and its founder Beth Nicely in the post. It’s not the first time Garner has shared her workouts with Nicely. In 2023, Garner posted a video of herself doing a  workout involving a sequence of box jumps to Rita Ora‘s “Praising You” as Nicely watched on.

The star’s workout comes weeks after she was spotted filming in Paris for season 2 of The Last Thing He Told Me.

Garner was joined by her 13 Going on 30 costar Judy Greer on the set of the Apple TV+ thriller series as they filmed scenes in the French capital on March 29.

The longtime friends wore dark coats and held bags as they shared a hug while shooting on a street.

Days later, Garner, 52, posted a carousel of photos to Instagram of the duo spending some downtime in Paris together and shared a glimpse into what they’d been getting up to.

Snaps included the pair sightseeing, eating pastries and posing in front of the Eiffel Tower.

“JG & JG take Paris. ♥️ #TheLastThingHeToldMe,” Garner captioned the carousel.

The Last Thing He Told Me is based on Laura Dave’s New York Times best-selling novel of the same name.
