Will Meghan Markle add fashion to her extensive résumé?
The Duchess of Sussex spoke with Fast Company in a new interview published on May 27, where she discussed the future of her lifestyle brand, As ever. After the first batch of products — focused on edible items including honey, fruit preserves and flower sprinkles — sold out in under an hour, she previously hinted that she’s interested in expanding into home goods.
“My heart is very deeply in my home,” Meghan, 43, told the outlet. “Everything comes from being rooted in the love story of your home and garden, and then you can imagine different verticals coming out of that.”
When asked about a clothing line, Meghan didn’t rule out the possibility.
“The category of fashion is something I will explore at a later date, because I do think that’s an interesting space for me,” she told the outlet.

Earlier this year, the Duchess of Sussex launched a ShopMy page, posting links to some of her favorite clothing items and other accessories. “A handpicked and curated collection of the things I love — I hope you enjoy them,” she said at the top of the page, adding, “Please note, some products may contain commissionable links.”
In 2019, she helped launch a capsule collection of women’s workwear to benefit Smart Works, a charity that helps women gain employment.
After the success of As ever’s first product launch, Meghan told Fast Company that she plans to assess for the future, including new products that will be announced in early 2026. PEOPLE understands a restock of current products will be coming soon.
“I want to really focus on the hospitality angle of As ever, but as we take the learnings, we can understand what the customer’s needs are seasonally,” the Duchess of Sussex told the outlet.
The Duchess of Sussex is currently a mom, a podcast host, the star of Netflix’s With Love, Meghan and a business creator — and has no plans to limit herself from there.
“If I had to write a résumé, I don’t know what I would call myself,” she said. “I think it speaks to this chapter many of us find ourselves in, where none of us are one note. But I believe all the notes I am playing are part of the same song.”
