A hotel worker in the area told TMZ that Poorstacy was transported to the hospital following a medical emergency, adding that he was the only one hospitalized. He’d reportedly been staying at the hotel for 10 days and had checked in with a woman and a toddler, per the outlet.

The Boca Raton Police Department and the Palm Beach County Medical Examiner’s Office didn’t immediately respond when contacted by PEOPLE for additional information.
